2009 Scholarship Awards
We will be awarding 3 – $1000 scholarships this May. Two scholarships will be given to the Parma City School District and one scholarship to the North Royalton City School District. All the candidates did a wonderful job in presentation. Hopefully, the three winners will be present at the upcoming golf outing at Firestone on August 1st for you to meet. See below for golf registration.

We are planning for the Cpl Jeffrey A Boskovitch Memorial Highway dedication to be held on May 24th at 1:00 pm. The dedication will be at the North Royalton City Hall grounds at Rt. 82 and Ridge Road. Jeff’s memorial highway will run from Sprague and Ridge all the way through Rt. 82 and Ridge Road. The signage will read:

Memorial Highway
2005
This has been a labor of love and over four years in the making. We are planning to have Senator Tom Patton, US Representative Matt Patten, Mayor Stefanik along with many other dignitaries present at the event. Representatives from the 3/25 in Brookpark, the Colored Guards from the VFW 3345 in Strongsville, bagpipers, members of the North Royalton High School Band, Navy Sea Cadets, etc., etc. etc. We really hope to see you there! Special thanks to Bob Solich of Busch Funeral, Pat Jones from North Royalton City Hall and Wall Oher…my buddy and many others for their continued efforts in helping this become a reality! Please try to attend. We would love to see you!
4th Annual Golf Outing at Firestone Country Club – August 1, 2009
Please register at
http://www.golfdigestplanner.com/10974-4thAnnualJABMFGolfOutingatFirest/ for web registration. We can certainly use your help in advertising and getting the word out. I need golfers, golfers, and more golfers! I would also appreciate anyone who has gift donations for the silent auction or raffle. There has to be a car out there somewhere for a hole-in-one!
Please let me know if anyone is interested in joining one of our committees for the outing. We can always use your help.
